Charlotte along with her father’s input launched Lynch Lane Offices in May 2009.  Over the years her knowledge, experience and confidence have grown alongside the business. Charlotte has a huge passion for providing exceptional customer support and thrives on the fact each working day is hugely varied.

In between busy working life, Charlotte is Mum to two beautiful young girls.  She enjoys various physical activities including spinning, tennis, badminton, walking and more recently boxercise!  She plans to spend more time travelling/visiting new countries.  Socialising and spending time with friends is also a big part of her life.

Diane has worked for Lynch Lane Offices for over 10 years.  She has been a key part of Lynch Lane Offices success in providing excellent customer care to both tenants and their clients.  Diane is also kept busy behind the scenes, dealing with the daily account entries.

Diane thrives on the fact her responsibilities are so varied and each day offers a new challenge. 
In her spare time during the summer months, Diane can be found relaxing on a Weymouth Beach!  Diane also enjoys holidays in warmer climes, eating good local food and will often be first to a dance floor!

RECEPTIONIST/ADMINISTRATOR

Debbie is the newest member to the Lynch Lane Offices reception team.  She previously worked in retail for 34 years before choosing to seek a new challenge, with more flexible working hours.

Debbie really enjoys meeting people and offers excellent customer care. In her spare time Debbie enjoys going to various music concerts, she also loves watching horror movies and true crime stories.  There is a secret detective in her!

Persefoni joined the Lynch Lane Offices team 3 years ago, after previously living in London where she worked in a holistic health clinic.  Persefoni has been particularly delighted to observe the wellbeing businesses develop and grow within Lynch Lane Offices.  With a background in design and styling, for TV and Film, she honed her people skills, friendly and approachable she is always happy to help.

Persefoni has many hobbies, including music, gigs, cinema, vintage markets, art, gardening, walking and metal detecting to name just a few!
